Based on the need for low-rise multifamily housing in Asheville, NC, this scheme centered around manipulating the land as little as possible. It was phased so it would remain a public park throughout the project's development and includes a structured wetland, food forest, sculpture park and community event space. The units are able to be subdivided as needed, creating multi-plex housing, all of which was ADA accessable.
