Graft +Grow

Graft +Grow was an AIA competition that sought solutions for the infill of setbacks in urban sites. The site for this project was a parking deck setback and programmed as a micro live/work building. The team's proposal expanded the brief requirements to include a maker space, an office and sales floor, and worker apartments. The scheme placed second in the competition.
