I worked with Michael on several projects which involved a lot of coordination and teamwork. He was always the person who brought the most to organizing and prioritizing what needed to happen and when. He would somehow gather people from their busy schedules to meet and seemed to consistently have ideas and an agenda to facilitate the goals of the projects. I believe he garnered each teams' respect by expressing passion for the design and intentions. This solidified a vision which motivated and excited every member. On top of his leadership, he would also solicit thoughtful critiques of others' work and provided many ideas and solutions of his own propelling each project forward.
