Michael is very easy to work with, takes direction well, very communicative and not afraid to ask questions to make sure he understands the task at hand or what the client/project needs. He is self-directed and also collaborative and brings great ideas to the table. The end product is always excellent, whether that be something as mundane as door details or as elaborate as renderings. I definitely feel that our projects are the better because of the input he provided.
